CURRENT PROJECTS
Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital, Auckland - Redevelopment and refurbishment project, commencing with the Porte Cochere and reception area, has been underway for the last few months with Trevor Wilkinson currently in charge. This part of the project is now complete with the official opening on 16th November 2011.
Wednesday 16 November saw the opening of Stage One of the Redevelopment Project. Following the blessing of the new area, the Hon. Tony Ryall, Minister of Health, cut the ribbon and unveiled the plaque. The event was extremely well attended by residents, family, guests and staff and the official events were followed by a wonderful morning tea for all attendees.
Refurbishment has commenced on the Karaka wing and this will take until May 2012 to complete.

Malyon House, Mount Maunganui - Construction of their magnificent new facility to compliment their existing rest home has started on the hospital wing. The first wing is now complete with 23 beds occupied. Work has now commenced on the next stage of wing. http://www.malyonhouse.co.nz/

Bridgewater Village, The Lakes - 2 new units are completed with new owners already moved in.
Althorp Village, Tauranga - 2 new units have been handed over and due to an upsurge in sales four more units have been started. http://www.althorpvillage.co.nz/
